The OV2640 broke… Since I gotta order more parts anyway, I’m going ahead with ordering the battery and other wiring to get it all working.
The parts arrived all by Thursday, but we won’t be connecting them together until we’re sure it works wirelessly. Unfortunately, me and Thomas will be going to attend HackUSF over this weekend, so we won’t be able to resume work until Monday at the earliest.hackathon
We met up on Wednesday to discuss our plans in finishing up the project, as we approach our deadline. We’ve begun refining our AI and are nearly done implementing the ESP32 directly with the app, successfully connecting via BLE and retrieving credentials. All that’s left is linking the footage with our models, and adding in any models that haven’t been completely developed. The UI systems are also almost nearly complete as well.
We’re excited to demo the project, and will begin practicing our demo next week!
